I never really felt ignored when l tried eating here, after all l was being told repeatedly they'd be right with me, but I did finally give up on ever having my order taken. I gave them 10 min. to take my order. Apparently they couldn't be bothered as they seemed to be entirely focused on pushing the drive thru window orders out. It seemingly was lost on the staff that every minute wasted while l waited was another minute longer it would take the crew in the back to make my food. The front counter staff obviously didn't value my time, my patronage or my money. Just another unlimited opportunity for vast Improvement!

I came to post a review. Saw I had already left 3 stars a year ago. Going down to 2. Just so slow all the time. Also, they forgot my ranch and this is an act of war. Dramatic, I know, but who the hell serves poppers without ranch? Weiner schnitzel would have remembered.

Unfortunately, this will be the 1st time I give them a 1 star. They're normally 4 or 5 stars. They reheated my fish sandwiches. Rather than make fresh ones! Sad since they have always been great with their burgers

Carl's Jr is nothing special but it is a great choice to eat a hamburger. Their selection is great. Now, the location is clean and the staff is fast serving your meals. It is great place with great service.
