The villa models are only available for a couple of days at a time. You can rent a private home, if available, but it must be for a minimum of 30 days.

Do you have to be 55+ to buy a home there. I've heard different interpretations of this rule.

What are the current HOA fees? Any "lot premiums" like many of the other Del Webb communities have (a little bait-n-switch common with Pulte)? Is TV/internet provided by fiber optic network?
