First time client for my senior dog to have him euthanized... No nonsense, to the point service, Not very compassionate given the circumstances.

Don't take your fur babies here. I made that mistake when my 3 year old dog needed her floppy dew claw removed. Dropped her off for 1 dew claw removal and they removed multiple. WITHOUT ASKING FOR PERMISSION. The real kicker: the other wasn't even floppy and was about the size of a tic tac and causing no issues for her. Don't take your pets here. Once she is healed we're going elsewhere. I will never take any animals here ever again.

The front office staff are incredibly ignorant, uncaring and incompetent. Silly twits. Dr Wingert needs to fire them all and get some caring and competent people. Since Joe left it gone downhill .

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for laser therapy on both of my dog's torn knees, and the staff that have been treating him have been so so kind to not only him but me as well. Despite their extremely busy schedule (almost always 3-4 other families waiting when I arrive), they have taken Angus in to make sure he gets his treatments. The laser machine that they use is a very nice model and is making a difference on how well Angus is healing since he cannot have surgery. The cost for these treatments is incredible as well - My dog also had a recent injury that is minor and flares up from time to time, and they had sent me home with something to put on it at no cost at one of his laser treatments (even though I was willing to pay for it). I was floored by the kindness and really appreciate it. Thank you to everyone for making my boy feel better!
