Fire these two ladies.. they do nothing but talk even with customers in line. Stood there waiting to be acknowledged forever until one got off the phone. If they had name tags I'll call them out by their name... it's pathetic because their bringing bad customer service

On the 30th I ordered a giant chicken and mushroom sandwich on wheat, Mike's way on the app. My husband brought the dinner and I received a giant steak, no mushroom on parm rosemary bread.... I called, and called and called.... And the store never answered the phone. So, I left an experience review in the app. The owner Brit emailed me back apologizing for the experience and provided a coupon code.... Well, today I tuckered myself out and didn't want to cook so I sent my ball and chain to the Mike's to get my chicken and mushrooms... Well, I have attached my email to the owner below, if I didn't experience this and heard it from a friend I would be laughing and shaking my head cause you can't make this stuff up! 😁🙄.....The Thornydale and Ina store isn't too far away. I think I'll be making that trip instead to avoid any aggravating experiences......my husband brought home the dinner just now and there were 4 tiny bits of mushroom and I asked for extra Peppers and I didn't even get that either and the soda machine was broken too! ....bad just got worse. Lort! The letter: Brit, My husband just went to the Cortaro location to pick up the meals so I could get my chicken and mushroom sandwich... Which I never received and why I left the review of the experience that I did...... And they said that the promo code on the letter you attached was ONLY for chips and soda part of the combos and not the actual sandwiches. Did I mention I tried calling the store several time when my husband brought home the meals and no one would answer the phone and that's why I left the experience review in the app? So basically , I have to pay twice to get the actual sandwich I ordered the first time?? But $3 worth of chips and soda is supposed to make it right? Oh and the additional insult to injury of this whole experience? Your soda machine was broken this evening. Now, ain't that some sh*t?

The subs here are great! Quick and friendly staff. Jessica is outstanding. Everytime I come in she greets by name and with excitement, it's such a joy to see her when I come in. She takes the time to ask about my day and makes me leave with a smile. Now THAT great costumer service !

After having a bad experience with another JM in the area, I wanted to give this one a try. Ordered ahead at lunchtime expecting I'd probably have to wait. Nope! They had my order ready, were very friendly and quickly grabbed the sides of condiments I asked for without treating me like I was bothering them. Store was very clean as well! This is my location from now on! Thanks for a great experience today!
