I spoke to someone about an issue with the place I'm renting and less than 2 hrs later an employee was on-site with test equipment and capable of answering every question I had. There mulch madness event is strictly for truck drivers. They site to logistical safety being a concern. However We raised the concern that we want to be able to hand fill few months ago but no action taken. They could have found a solution as many people requested for this option but they just did not care enough.

NIGHTMARE of a company! From their operations to their personnel - NEVER as a business professional in my 40 years have I dealt with a more unorganized, unprofessional company!!! Received 4 calls from them in 24 hours AND the messages contain inaccurate information about me, their customer, along with ultimatum’s re: my bill, inadequate company accounting and mistakes made to all customers in Nov/Dec 2021 billings followed by quarterly to monthly billing cycle in Feb 2022. Filing a formal complaint with the County.
