Is it possible to go to this park on Friday January 11th at five p.m. my late daughters birthday. It is her first birthday in heaven n we would like to send her balloons.

I'm sure you can, but I dont think you can let balloons go. They had a sign posted about no confetti, etc. But it would be a beautiful place to celebrate your daughter's birthday in heaven. Much love to you and your family. ❤
