I scheduled in for a blowout before my baby shower. I had never been to Mila’s but they had glowing Google reviews so I thought they would be a good choice. They were located right near where my shower was being held, too. When I arrived, they said that they couldn’t accommodate me. Two of their stylists had left, apparently. I told them it was my baby shower and that I hadn’t even washed my hair, let alone style it. I asked why they couldn’t have called me ahead of time so I could have at least washed my hair for my baby shower instead of wasting my time coming in for an appointment that couldn’t be honored. The owner, Mila, said she was “busy with clients”. First of all, the place was dead. Second of all, what kind of customer service is that? After 15 minutes of being given the runaround, they said they could take me at 3:00, an hour after my original appointment. That was the start time for my shower. They did not offer an alternative. Another woman arrived with an appointment at the same time as mine, and they took her. She was a cut and color, so clearly she was a more valuable client. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service at this place. I’m sorry I chose it for such a special occasion. Please learn from my experience and steer clear.

I have had color, cut and for the hair extensions. Salon owner, Mila is my stylist and she is exceptional. I'm uber particular about my hair and always get compliments on how it looks. Been going ther for over one year regularly. She's my number one choice for all things hair!

I needed to find a hairstylist because I had just moved into the area. I called Mila to get a same day appointment and she was able to fit me in. When I arrived to the shop she played really good music while I waited for her to finish with her previous client. She was very skilled and professional. I watched her clean and sanitize her station between her previous client and me. She did an amazing job on my hair and even made good suggestions on how to care for my extensions. I will be going back to her!
