Best cust. service on 🌎! Their no-wait number I granted my tenant helped negotiate her bill to $35 for 600 megabits! Text "on it" to 266278 to skip the wait. There's also a competitor here (Cox), keeping Xfinity in check.

This store and the employee I talked to (Brandon, I think) were both very helpful in getting my service cancelled. However, Xfinity in general has some work to do. They kept increasing my monthly bill for no reason and without warning. No one ever had any answers for me and no one was able to fix it.

I just picked up my upgraded system as I had a very old model. The process was extremely efficient under the present situation we are in at the present time. I thing I would like to share is that the folks need to tell the customer to call the help line as the system will not put your system back on line without their help. Also, the technician got on the call back was the greatest person in the world. Kind, Polite, Knowledgeable and On-The-JOB. Her Name was Lizzy and her number is 3601774. Upper management needs to grab her and groom her for a higher position ASAP! Thank you Lizzy

You should just schedule a trouble call. Since swapping the box has not fixed your issue. A service technician should be able to diagnose whats really going on.

Call comcast and see where you can turn them in . different places around town .
