When I was there on early April it was 8am to 10pm. Can't imagine it's any less in August.
I took my trip in April. The pool was open from 8am - 10pm and the waterpark was from 10am - 7pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 10am - 8pm (Fridays - Saturday).
I don't know I took a short wknd trip in Feb. I noticed that they have several pools (some being for children only), but I did not use any. I just walked by them during the day
