We are currently staying here with a group of people and I can’t believe what I’ve seen just stepping into the hallway from the garage to get to our room.
Shameful. Disgusting. Sorry I didn’t read reviews. Heads up, there are minimal utensils and nothing to wash them with. Bedding is the fancy paper kind. Pictures to come

The flat are good and clean .
The staff next to the lobby was rude .
You cannot sleep very well in the resort due to the lights and sun will come over the windows , the existing curtains cannot give a full dark room, the noises will start early morning. Do you want to have a really good sleep..!
The resort is set back a couple of miles from the commercial area, but just in that area of shops, there are a few car rental locations.. such as Enterprise etc.
Why is it so hard to get connected with a live person?! My daughter has been on hold for OVER an hour! And this is EVERY time she calls. My daughter canceled our reservation back on June 28th and have not gotten her refund! This is absolutely crazy

I was able to get right in touch with someone through their customer service number on the first try, I didn't speak directly to the hotel but they handled it and put a note in the computer for me so the hotel knew my changes that were made upon arrival.
I understand but unfortunately most of those places are going to be little bit overpriced it's all depends what are you looking for and would you try to achieve that cheapest price gonna be in rental location themself as if that's gonna have some special.
As far as the shuttle to the theme parks go I'm guessing they are available at set times, can anyone provide the times and how often the shuttles run?

It takes 15 to 20 min to the Disney's Parks.
Usually departures times: 9am, 11am and 12:15pm
Return times: 6pm, 7:35pm, 9:35pm and 10:35pm
(Depending on the holiday, they would add more departures and returns on their schedule)
You have to do a request 24hours in advance!
They do have a guard at the front gate and your guest will have to give your name as a guest staying there. Usually everyone is assigned a temporary parking pass so you may have to check with the front desk to ask where or how visitors can park.
Hi we are here now. There are resort fees I believe we paid $15 per day per party up to a max of $300....we're here for 2 weeks.
The water park is free to use including the lazy river but there is a small charge for the surfari
No transfers to universal but there is to Disney.....3 in the morning and one back in evening to and from the Disney transportation centre. Reception will show you the back road to avoid the busy 192.
Yes, you can get extra dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee from the service carts as needed. They do not provide laundry detergent. So bring that if you want to wash your clothes.
The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is a very nice hotel with a water park on it's property that is free of charge when you stay there and it has a few other pools on site as well.
There are about 4 buildings. Building 1 is the closest to the lobby which is slightly more than a 1/2 mile walk to the water park. You'll pass 2 pools and a kids splash area before getting to the water park.
Id say almost definitely yes. Looking out the window at the building's exterior it looks like the blocks are mixed and matched. We had 3bed 2bath and I could see 3bed 3bath down the hall as these have a sitting area in the master. The entire resort is built like an apartment complex,so it makes sense they'd mix and match to provide all the pricing variations with the different views. Avoid building 2. It's the farthest from everything.
I am unaware if they offer them discounted or not. The best thing I can tell you is to stop by and find out. They are really friendly and can answer those kind of questions
The Grove Resort has rooms that are 3 bedroom and either 2 or 3 bathroom. You will most likely need 2 rooms but they can be next door to each other. We have / are currently staying in a 3 bed 2 bath that sleeps 8 comfortable.
They tried to charge us $10 per day car park fee and $22.50 per day resort fee ...
Shame you can't choose what resort activities you would like instead of 1 resort fee as it includes a shuttle bus to Disney ... sounds great till they tell you it calls by 3 other hotels on the way and takes a hour ... When the closet park is about 10minutes away via car
Yes, we had family from out of town and we got to go play with them! The people at the gate had no problem with it. They'll just have to give your name and room number. Have fun! The water park is great.
Yes it's $20 per towel BUT it it tracked automatically with s little chip so if you bring the towel back to your room or lose it on the property when the maids or pool towel guys pick it up the chip shows that the towel hot turned in.
Very close in terms of driving (same side of the I4) in fact a lot closer than most hotels on the main part of international drive
Honestly though you shouldn't really base how far away things are in Orlando as everything is spaced out and either requires a car or bus journey
Normally they do not allow pets. There have been exceptions... This weekend there is a hurricane in the area they are gracious enough to take families with small pets. They are charging an extra fee. However the normal policy has a pet restriction. I am certain service animals are allowed anytime.
