Masks are supposed to be worn in all public areas but not everyone is wearing them. The water park is fully open.
Yes all public areas you are required to wear a mask and all staff wear masks. Yes all activities are open.
People did have their mask on through out the property, of course not at the pool and Waterpark. Yes all activities were open.

You don't have to, but the staff wears masks. I would say roughly half the crowd there was without masks, when I visited in mid-march. All slides and arcades are open.
There was very little mask wearing when I was there last week - both inside and outside. We came across many people in the elevators and lobby area not wearing them. All of the slides at the water park are open and it wasn't very crowded.
