Jacob, the manager, is a very nasty person. We have been customer of them for over 10 years without any issues and good payers. Before the hurricane hit we didn't get any service. Then when the guy finally came the pool wasn't getting cleaned properly after 2 weeks waiting so I complained. The pool guy didn't get it out after one hour and that's all I was getting for the past two weeks. He had way too many customers and he couldn't get it cleaned for another week. Looks like the guy spent 10 minutes. It wasn't that bad! So he flat out told me that he was cancelling us out of their weekly service and hung up!

Couldn’t be more happy with the service provided by Tyler B. Was having a terrible experience with other local pool company and Tyler came and fixed all of my problems. Will be sticking with Pinch A Penny for ALL of my needs going forward! Thanks again Tyler B!

Exceptional pool servicing, but I give the credit to my pool tech. Jonathan not only does amazing weekly maintenance, I am talking no issues in Florida, but if I need something replaced/repaired he gives me a heads up and I call the store and we order part, authorize the charge, etc. Again, this service provided by this company is exceptional because of my pool tech, Jonathan. He genuinely cares about the service he provides. We have not missed one day of swimming due to pool issues in a very long time. Thanks, Jonathan!

This is the best Pinch a Penny store I have ever been to. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful. I have been going to this store for years and they never disappoint.
