Ridiculous. Arbitrary COVID 'rules' to cover up horrible customer service and atrocious wait times due to sloth-like employee behaviors. Suggest going to Charm City Optical.

First of all, this place has a horrible selection of glasses. All of those glasses & never anything good. I appreciate them having COVID changes that make it healthy for people but if they’re going to have rules they need to make them clear when people come in rather than interrupting them every 5 minutes while they’re looking for glasses not to do something. They made me feel uncomfortable as hell like looking for glasses isn’t already uncomfortable enough & usually I don’t feel like that in there. I wasn’t going to disrespect an elder, but they need another person in the front communicating with customers. I’ll just got to the Liberty rd location for all that.

Ask for Transitional lenses. I have that feature in m glasses
the new hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10-5 Closed on Thursday and Saturday

I would recommend giving them a try and get pricng. There are lots of insurance Plans, i have united health and they did not take mine but i still go here. They are quite fair on price. They have a selection of $25 frames which are very cheap and quite a bargin if you can find one that looks good on you. I always do. They also have name brands like sillouette and jimmy choo and the frame prices are competitive to using insurance.
