I was there around Easter, there are multiple fry bread stands and the café serves (overpriced) tex-mex style food.

I believe that there are a couple of stands set up our in front that sell fry bread on the weekends.

They used to in the cafe. The last few times Ive been, I didn't eat at the cafe. The cafe is still open though.
