I have been to this IHOP a few times now and the same issue is still present. The service. They are slow to seat you, the are slow to take drink and food order. Trying to get refills on drinks is almost impossible. We were there today a d only two small tables were filled so maybe 8 people total....we still had to wait to be seated and waited a very long time for someone to come take our order. None of the staff seemed to motivated to hussle even a little bit. Very disappointing. The food was good though. When it came out it was hot and good presentation. Tastes was really good also. So if you come to this IHOP I suggest you not have any time constraints. Hopefully the service will improve.

I went to pick up my order, waitress was walking towards front desk with my delicious food. My perfectly grilled tilapia was served on a bed of delicious spinach (to my surprise🙂) with lots of broccoli, absolutely succulent. Not to mention my husband's outstanding double cheeseburger 🍔 with bacon and a load of fries. Great cool😋

IHOP on Valencia in Tucson. It was busy the morning we walked over while our vehicle was getting a new set of tires. Wait wasn't too bad and it was busy, but they moved us along. Coffee was delicious and the breakfast was also delicious.

Barley any wait to be seated!! Our waitress was the sweetest ever. We had a birthday and we got a free ice-cream for our birthday boy! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was pleased with our food. We didn't even have to wait very long to get our food and our bill afterwards! Yummy, and would definitely recommend this place! Very pleased!
