Not a good meal unfortunately. Our server was polite and responded to our request, but did not offer to refill our water. Food was very slow from the kitchen and the toast came after our eggs and hash browns were gone. On a positive note the coffee was good and hot. Hot coco was good too. They do have gluten free which was the biggest reason we went to IHOP. Not sure I will go back and time soon soon.

This location is by far the best in Tucson. IHOP is IHOP, right? So the service and cleanliness is what makes the difference from one location to another. Well this place has the friendliest, most attentive staff from the cooks to the wait staff. The food is always fast, and when it is because they have a large party (on one of my visits they had a huge charter bus full that occupied the entire back of the place) they will tell you and allow you to make the decision if you are willing to be patient. So, great communication with patrons as well. Way to go guys!!

never had a bad food experience like this before… came in and waited to be seated for approximately 34 minutes and also there was a pickup order waiting for it before we even came into the establishment and only god knows how long he was waiting for and he spoke up finally and was our hero that got us seated finally, then once seated we had our order taken and were sat down at our table with our food mind you this it wasn’t even the right order, but then we didn’t even get utensils until about 15 minutes as i waited to get a workers attention, brought fries to table finally and most if not all fries were very cold. honestly would give it a zero if i could. worst ihop experience ever will not come back again…

My daughter and I planned to go to Denny's but changed out minds and decided IHOP. We like the service and the breakfast we had was delicious! The waiter was prompt and even brought extra's upon request. Was friendly. We were not disappointed!
