No. It's an active work site. Kaufman Astoria has the media museum you can visit.
I (personally) don't think so. The facility is often in use & being quiet us a necessity. In fact that is the the priority on set.
No Silvercup doesn't give tours to the general public. There have being times when school kids are given tours. Not an every day occurrence either( special circumstances)
