I have made multiple contacts with the consulate of Boston. I renewed my passport there over a year and a half ago and I still have not received it nor the website is updated with the info. Does anybody know how I can find out what is going on?

I got lucky mine was lost in a limbo for months, I wrote my address in sky blue ink, turns out the scanners at the post office only read black and blue ink
