Good Morning. The process takes from 3 weeks to 1 month, as the website says and as they should have informed you at the time of applying for the visa. Happy day!
It shouldn't take that long, you should check the status on the website or go back to the embassy, for example the passport extension takes only 4-5 weeks. But if the process does not come out as processed and a confirmation email arrives, time is not running for them.
