Question I was going up some stairs at a private own daycare delivering food and falled off the third step I don't have no broken bones just my back hurt and I hit my head. Do I have a case?

Idk? They wanted me to settle before my neck Sergey for under 20,000 and all my other injuries they said no one was believing... caused more time in pain...
