Yes it is typical. In my case I never met with my lawyer, I had no idea what she looked like until the end when she sent me her personal business card. I kind of remember having that kind of problem in the beginning. Sometime during your case they will send you an automated review email, to tell them how your lawyer is handling your case and how you feel about the whole process. I was completely honest during mine and complained about the lack of communication specifically. The NEXT day my lawyer called me in regards of my review, and I just thought those things were trashed after they were sent. After then she always answered my calls, or returned them promptly. We were able to form a relationship and the communication became MUCH better, putting me at ease during the whole process. They are busy people with multiple clients, so it's to be understood to an extent. Try explaining displeasure with the communication and if that doesn't help you can ask for new representation

Ok company very helpful but couldn't help me

I used M&M, I was very impressed when we started, but it went downhill quickly, my car didn't sustain much damage however, my body did. Attorneys kept bailing out and no one told me, end result M&M received more than I did, if you can deal with the insurance do so, some firms don't really look out for you, there maybe some out there, do your homework before you retain, and if they don't mean business, you can fire them, they work for you, you don't work for you, handle yourself like a boss

Competent she may be, but when thing's go astray and not the the way that she say she has gotten not worth even trying to communicate with as she will cut All String's of communication with a person. In other words she has little toillrance and accepted understanding for a good person for her Job Description. I have not received Good Representation. Now this is based on my experience with her and as with all thing's try it for yourself.
