Hello, thank you for your question. Generally, the timeline depends on your injuries because you need to usually complete medical treatment before you receive a settlement offer. On average, it usually takes anywhere from 5-8 months but there have been cases that settle quicker and some that choose to file a lawsuit, in which case it can take longer.
