We are not licensed to have travel trailers in our community. We are not licensed as a campground. We are only licensed as a manufactured home community with permanent utility hook ups.
No trailers allowed at all. Not even park models. They now only allow "manufactured homes". All the existing trailers that are left get removed once the tenant leaves.
