Many home buyers pay $1400-$2000 for apartments nearby. They advise us of huge savings when they finance and pay the lot fee. The average was $1100 a month for a while, may be a little more now. It's different than renting. You have to purchase the trailer and pay a monthly lot fee. May cost a bit more than an apartment but you are building up equity. You can sell the trailer like you would a home. Good luck! 😀
u must purchase the home (NO RENTING) then u pay a lot rent every month thats depends on the unit purchased i believe. U own the home (not the land) and rent the land to park on from edison mobile
