Great moghal ambiance. Management happily received us . Food quality could be better. Should ask about spicy levels before preparing the order. Also, the addition of Paya to the menu would be great.

I am the one who posted positive review about Akbar restaurant earlier here, as have ordered takeout several times, dined in several times & also had several parties here in the past. But today I picked up food that including chili paneer which was very rubbery, then paneer Tikka Masala (had lot of food color, color wasn't easily going away from fingers despite washing with soap several times) which was very rubbery, garlic Naan was very rubbery. Only thing that was good was veg biryani (though curd was very watery) & panner softa but has little taste. Never returning back here & they have lost my business for ever. I tried calling them twice to give my feedback but first time before I speak they hanged up & second time didn't pickup my phone.

Akhbar is always a good experience. Food is always flavorful and exceptional, ambience is very nice, and the wait staff always does an outstanding job to make each visit first rate. I srongly recommend Akhbar for Indian cuisine and always look forward to returning.
