Speaking as a neighbor, the complex is poorly ran and the clientele does not respect the boundaries of their property. There are plenty of nice places on Malabu to rent but this is just not one of them. Management does not enforce any rules or regulations, so be prepared to be on your own.

It’s ok, I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. It’s cheap and walls super thin but the neighborhood itself is quiet , however, YOU BE READY TO HEAR CARS DRIVING ON THE ROAD WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP AND ITS PRETTY ANNOYING🤷🏼‍♀️Maintenance is quick but overall it was ok , could be better.
