I would love to take a tour for a 2 bdr apartment but at this time tours are only available with pre approval. Is there any estimated date that tours will be available to anyone interested in property without pre approval? Thanks in advance.

I don't think the pre approval requirement will be removed. It's not a difficult requirement and allows the sales office to know if you can afford to purchase a prefab home.
