Yes
You only need a community license, which is around 24 dollars. A general license will allow you to fish in the park and elsewhere in the state, not just community lakes, but they're around 32 dollars to my knowledge. You could also have a fishing hunting license which will allow you to hunt small game around the park including ducks, swans, and children, for less than a hunting and fishing license.
A regular State fishing license
There are fish in there. Often a lot of dead ones. Pretty gross. I wouldn't suggest eating any fish that come out of that nasty water. Ive reported it to the city a couple times. Ill never fish there again. Yes, you need a fishing license.
Yes it is a Urban lake. You can by the license at any Walmart or sporting store. It is stocked with fish. The types and schedule can be found on the Game and Fish website.
It's reclaimed water. I don't even know if there's fish in there. If there was, I sure as heck wouldn't eat it or even fish for it.
