Hi, Would optic neuritis and associated pain qualify under state law to receive Medical Marijuana treatment? ON is a rare demyelinating desease of the optic nerve. Nothing seems to help with the associated pain.

Does it lead to pain or PTSD? Then maybe you could get a script for cannabis. Won't know for sure unless you talk to the doctor. I also have a rare eye disease and I find that medical cannabis is an amazing source of respite from this eye disease. I also have other health problems, but as for my eye disease it helps so much I dont know how I lived this long without cannabis. It helps me in so many ways with my health problems. I wish you good luck in your quest, it's so worth it finally having this medicine.
