No problems ordering CPAP replacement parts. I was overdue for replacement parts, and they reached out to me and got me everything I needed and filed everything through my insurance company.

Like others, if I would give this place a negative review I would. Don't even try to call them. I have up to 45 minutes on hold waiting for anybody to answer the phone. I am in the third week of waiting for two prescriptions to be filled. The pharmacies likely called the doctors office and we placed on indefinite hold like everybody else. I have already placed three calls to the CCF ombudsmen to get something there fixed but they also failed to get their office engaged in even the most basic of patient care. The doctors seem ok but with their office in such a mess and their unwillingness to correct things, I would advise people to avoid this place at all costs.

if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!!! Absolutely terrible customer care. I can't believe these people are considered health care professionals! I would wait weeks for any sort of information and would only receive it after I called. Pat is absolutely useless. She is short, rude and filled with excuses. I left messages with the requesting clinician and for the manager, neither of which even bothered to return my call. I was assured that I would be contacted within 24 hours by someone. Two weeks went by and I called yet again, got a bunch of excuses and again no answers. They seem to be incapable of completing a simple request in a timely fashion and definitely don't know how to use a phone. I will be trying to use another facility ASAP. Avoid this group!

If I could put a review of ZERO stars, I would. Terrible Billing Department!!!! They’re saying I still owe on a rather large bill (which also, they were not flexible in working out payment arrangements!!). I keep detailed payments and sent them an itemized list of payments I made with the dates cleared at my bank. I received a letter back still saying I owe. The letter has an incorrect account number and incorrect payments made. Get it together!!! I’ll do my best to avoid the Cleveland Clinic!!!!!
