In general was okay clinic till now but today specific I was so disappointed that I had to experience this unpleasant situation. For a simple flu shoot that I made an appointment with a nurse I had to wait 40 minutes. One specific huc (secretary) on 3rd floor was rude, yelled at my husband and me more then one time and send us to a different place to do flu shoot.... shame.

I have had great experiences so far at this location. The staff have all been great and professional when providing treatment for my injuries. The only reason why I docked off one star is just because it can take a long time to be seen.
