This place served me food with hair on it, presumably from the staff. The girl working said she would've just taken the hair off and eaten it. Is this common practice?

No, I don't think that's common practice even at McDonald's. I would have immediately spoken to a manager.

God, I hope not! I would have asked for a manager too. Not so sure if it would have done any good though.😒

You may want to post this as a review. When you post a question like this on Google, the question is posed to other consumers - not the business. But regardless, that's unequivocally disgusting and I hope you thrash McDonald's for this.
