This is the closest location to home for me, so I’ve been here several times in the past 3 years. Service is slow more often than not. Food is good cause it’s Wendy’s. Staff is courteous but order is also often wrong in some way (lettuce bun is the only alteration I make. Not asking much.) Ordered from my phone as I left for work. Was inside the store at my pickup time7 mins later at 12:27. Two other people waiting. Two other people inside. Drive thru line was short when I entered. Did not leave with my 2 burgers until 12:42. I could have preheated my grill and stove, gone to the store, come back, grilled the burgers, fried the bacon and made the sandwiches myself. It’s no wonder Whataburger is eating all the traffic right next door, this place needs work.

Actually went inside instead of driving thru- EXTREMELY friendly service, asked for no salt on the fries so I would get fresh, hot ones & most places put too much salt anyway- so the fries came out PERFECT and since they were starting new fries, they made fresh burgers for us- so the burgers were nice and hot, but lettuce, tomato and all that were still nice and cold!!!! I don't expect a lot from fast food but dinner for 2 was 14 bucks and it was all genuinely perfect! Great job!

I don't know what was going on at 11:25 pm yesterday but it was not this. Pulled up behind a frustrated driver who had been waiting for a good minutes before getting his order taken. I pulled up 15 minutes after arrival to the speaker. The young lady proceeded to rush my order and did not read it back. I pull up and wait another 21 minutes for the guy in front of me to get his food then mine. I get my drink and its not what I ordered I tried to return it and she said she can't take it back. I check my bag to make sure everything else is right. The nuggets are not spicy but regular. The burger was cold. Like ice cold. I thought it was just the top patty with the toppings but nope the bottom patty too. I asked for a refund and she seemed oh so quite irritated. Not as irritating as driving 5 miles to wait over 35 minutes for cold food and wrong order. Have a great one young lady. I'm sorry you're having a rough night, I worked fast food also.

Great food great service I was the only one in the restaurant that night. I got a double stack with extra onions an extra tomatoes the chef was kind enough to even grill my onions. Then I had to bake potatoes they were tripping with butter and sour cream. Oh my goodness had I had known my tummy I would have ordered that same bill of fare again. Had a great conversation with one of the young men working there I thought going into the service and getting his engineering degree. I was very very happy to eat there on Friday August 9, 2019
