GA is an open standing room. It will be difficult to get back the same spot you had.

I believe there is only assigned seating. Mostly it is standing room.

GA has no seats, if you leave you can try to get back to where you were but it will be difficult.

General admission is just sit anywhere you want if you leave to go to your restroom someone could take your spot I guess. In fact most of the spaces are standing room on the floor.
