Can you launch a kayak there?

I've seen someone kayaking there. The neighbors also have kayaks. I reckon you can, but not sure.

You can use a kayak or canoe with a 3$ permit from Greenbelt PD. 👉🏽BUT👈🏾, only if you're a Greenbelt resident. If you're not a resident, you gotta watch from the sidelines

You can use your kayak there but you may need to get a permit from the police department first. They're just right across the street.
