Very poor customer service. I made an appointment two weeks ago, and have since filled out about 4/5 different forms including sending photos of my insurance card. I specifically made an appointment with them because they were listed as taking my insurance. I have called several times in the past two weeks to ask simple questions, only to get a call back the day before my appointment. The lady was very rude, and said they didn’t take my insurance. When I pushed further about it, she said “well we do, we’re just not doing it right now.” Thanks for wasting my time.

I called this office to make an appointment the front desk was not welcoming at all to the point where I just ended up hanging up. First impressions are everything and if your front desk lacks customer service I don't want to be a patient here. After reading reviews I see a lot of people complain about the rude front desk staff. Maybe the entire practice should consider a customer service class.
