For my in-laws, it was over $200,000 just to buy in. Then you have the monthly fee of over $2000. The fee, though, includes all utilities, access to all fitness amenities, a strong support community, and a portion of it is for meals. So other than renter's insurance for personal belongings, there is literally no other expense. You really need to call the facility for accurate numbers, though. These numbers have probably changed considerably since 2013.

I have no clue. My company provides in home care. I've decided if I need a place to go, I'd love to live at this place.
