I want to park in/around West Tower hunt camp and leave my vehicle a few days while back packing and camping on the adjacent trails. Is there a designated area for vehicles/parking; is there a fee/how much; do Rangers keep eye out in the area?

They'll keep an eye out and it depends on where you go

Put note on inside car dash letting them you know you are hiking for 2 days and a number hopefully they can reach you at while hiking in event they need to contact you

There's no fee, but I don't know how safe it is to leave a car unattended for a few days... Rangers may think it's abandoned.
