There's a dump station at Ocean Pond campground.
You can make the Group Landing site reservation online....the rest are first come first serve at the gate.
Seven campgrounds I know of, one with hookups, two with vault toilets. No cabins.

The access roads and the forest are open. It's the office that is closed on weekends. And during the gov't shutdown.
No cost for the day. There are plenty of trails to ride. Atv and dirt bike trails are marked. https://www.fs.usda.gov/main/osceola/home
Of course you can. The gate is always open. Just do like I did: When you at the gates, check which locations are free (there's a map with free and already occupied locations), then get in, find which free location you like, go back to the gate, pay by placing the money in the envelope you can find there and place it in the box, mark on the map your location, place the ticket on the rear view mirror and enjoy.
Depends on what kind of dogs if they hunting dogs only during training and hunting season in dog hunt area but if they ur pets u can carry em wherever
