Is this even a real office? I was referred here for an emergency card replacement, i have been calling for 2 hours, there isnt even a holding message, phone just rings and rinsg then call gets dropped

After calling for 3 days straight I finally got through using an out of state phone number (don't know if that helped). The earliest appointment they could give me for an emergency was February 24 (this was a few weeks ago) UPDATE Had my appointment on feb 24, 4-6 weeks now for the new card to arrive. I started this process in early January and ill be getting the new card hopefully sometime in April. 4 month process for an emergency replacement. We live in a third world city

Any luck on getting your replacement card yet? I'm having the same problem. Wow, I gotta try and get an appointment, I have been trying for 2 months, unemployment hasn't send one payment because I'm missing one document, the social security card..I sent them a photo of the front but without a photo of the back they won't approve my unemployment checks even after explaining that the office is closed

I have 1 month calling back to back no pick up. I tried filling a complaint but I need to file it at this office
