has anyone successfully mailed the ssn card replacement ,and got response and the new card back? If so, how long did the whole process take ? I'm very nervous about replacement application by mail. thanks so much

They mailed my replacement card to the wrong address (I found out over 3 months after submitting my application since it's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone at this office). When I went to the office to resolve, they told me I would have to restart the application process, and that my marriage certificate could no longer be used as proof of my new name since it was already used for my first application that they messed up...
