I sent my personal documents to change my name a month ago and I didn't receive my card yet, what can it mean?

Hi! I called to the Brooklyn office and they explained me, that I need to send my documents to to the Maryland office. I tried to get a new SSN card, since I lost my late one. I have sent my documents to Brooklyn office before the call and didn't get any answer 😂
