The ticket salesperson should advise you that you have enough points for a free movie or refreshments and ask if you want to use them. That has been my experience, although I have a lot of accumulated points.
You can redeem points for a ticket in the app, however you have to actually go to the theater to buy an actual ticket with the redeemed points ticket.
Yep. Download the Regal Cinema app and use credits for movie ticket. You can also use them for snack bar upgrades.
