There is a women's locker room. In the workout areas of the gym itself, it is all co-ed. You will find that the environment of this gym is very welcoming to all people in all walks of life.

Yes. Daily is about $20. But they will give you a free tour and intro session.

The images are old. The new gym has very nice weight equipment. Multiple squat/bench racks with Olympic style weights. Full dumbbell set containing weights around 5lb-100lb. I'd be surprised if you couldn't find something you wanted at this gym, with the exception of every type of weight machine.
