My mom lives at Lydiana Ln., which Humphrey Mgmt has not placed any new manager to supervise this location over a 2 month period since there previous team QUIT. Today I get a call from my mother to let me know she has been LOCKED OUT of her residence since 9am September 16, 2022 with no telephone number that can reach a staff member when there is an emergency. Privileged residence have direct contact to management have called on my mother behalf and spoke with someone of Humphrey Management to be told NO ONE was coming down to assist my mother due to there are at a company picnic today in Baltimore, MD.....THIS response is unacceptable period and point blank!!!

I have a smoke odor coming in my apr 1 Maintenance man doesn't know where it is coming from. There are 5 apartment alone that smoke on this side of the building alone. I can walk by one apartment when Management leaves you can smell the cigarette odor very strong in my apartment .I do not smoke at all,I already have one form of Cancer why can't this be fixed Management is telling me to have passion, this has been going on when one nabor moved in over 2 years ago. By me No smoke in my apartment till than. And she does smoke, I have even seen her male friend come out with the cigaret. In his mouth. He goes in the apartment with the cigaret hanging out of his mouth check the cameras he comes in from 2:30 on when he comes home from work.. He leaves to take his daughter to school he comes out smoking. You have cameras use the. The filter in there apartment smelt like some kind of.Air freshener spray on it very heavy!! When maintenance man took my filter out it was tan colorant no webs!! Why can't this be take care of???

The Monarch Mills staff is horrible and very unprofessional which is down right disappointing. The entire office is unorganized with paperwork and have no knowledge when it comes to the their job position and the turn over in the office is unimaginable due to the staff being temps. I have been a resident since the day it opened in 2011and have watched it go down hill drastically in the last 5 years. I have been on a waiting list for a 3 bedroom apartment for the past 6 years and have yet to receive what I have asked for with no explanations. If your management company is really about customer service at its best I would love for somebody to contact me and try to fix these issues I'm having I'm a very flexible person but this was my last resort.
