Not without strategic planning on your part - you can reserve your seat ahead of time, so you can see how many people have seats already and what seats are still available. When I last went (about a week ago, post covid) it wasn't too packed - maybe 1/3 capacity.

No but I've been going to shows on opening night and the theaters aren't even one-third filled. Buy seats using the app and you can see what seats are taken.
If you go during the daytime and watch a matinee you can pretty much sit anywhere you want. I was told that very few people come to the daytime shows. When we went to see the final Bond movie thete were only eight people in the entire theater including the four of us. So it was easy to spread out wherever we wanted.
No, but 'most' of the movies have not been over full and with reserved seating you can pick seats away from other people
