Is it true that you are no longer allowed to tailgate at Merriweather?

Thanks everyone! I’ve tried to call merriweather but no luck on having someone answer. We’ve been told this is a very new rule, but based on the feedback above, it sounds like lot 3 and 5 may be safe..

Lot 3 had many tailgaters at M3

I think it depends on where you park. Was in lot 1 (I think) last year for M3 & there were a few tailgaters. Got 'lot' 4 this year. It's a parking structure across the street, so no tailgating allowed.

I was in lot 5 for M3 Fest. Only a few of us, and I didn't see any grills. But we got our tailgate on.

I partied like a rockstar at my tailgate at M3 there, and so did everyone else. They're not gonna stop you.
