I've had major issues with them not answering when I call as well. I once called 10 times in a half hour and did not get anyone to answer. This is an issue.
Check the website out. It gives plenty of help with things like this including making an appointment online for your service. You can even pick your rep. Took a bit to navigate through but was helpful
