I’ve purchased 4 previous vehicles here all were great experiences—— this time number 5 was worst experience ever. Truck had issues was told to bring it to service department. Took it there the 1 st time. Only half of issues were resolved.after being disrespected very bad. Contacted manager Chris very nice guy. Was told bring it back. Took back to service department left for the day. Went to get truck and was informed nothing wrong that they drove it around for a while. But upon checking mileage it was drivin 1 mile. So approximately 2 months after purchase still have severe issues and unable to drive truck safely. Their service department is very poorly operated. I will not purchase another vehicle here

Highly dissatisfied. I took my car for the 95k maintenance. It was running fine. Now, it is not. And the company refuses to figure out what happened without me giving them a lot more money than I already did. I will never return to this dealership for anything.

Fixing your car has nothing to do with buying a car from them. Two completely different departments.
Try craigslist or even Facebook Marketplace
They are too much like the managers are doing you a favor by allowing people the "privilege" of selling you a car. Don't bother unless you want to sit there and feel as if your on shark tank. B.s.
Thanks Mark. We enjoy making them and featuring our terrific staff. Keep you eyes out for some new commercials, we taken a bit of a new direction. Let us know what you think.

If you bought your vehicle from Chevrolet, contact Chevrolet directly. If not, contact the dealership you purchased the vehicle from, as they should have the most accurate information for you. Otherwise, contact your local DMV office for more information about you new plates!
@marin, Did you purchase an extended warranty thought a used car lot or dealership? The dealership can contact your warranty provider and ask what exactly is covered whether it be the diagnosis, the parts and labor or all of the above. Contact Robert or Jazmine in service.
I go to discount tire and they will give you free advice in regards to any tire questions you might have.
I had a bad experience there with my now ex wife. Olivia is real nice but they act like buying a car there is some sort of privilege. Tbey just don't want to make money I guess. I do not recommended going there ever.
If you are looking to buy a car at O'Rielly's, ask for Ricardo. He is a nice salesman. He helped my husband and I with the purchase of a new Equinox.
