Do not bye a car from this dealership! Vehicle repair time is ridiculous.They took 3 days for a simple air conditioner repair. They give you the runaround while your waiting for your vehicle to be fixed, unless you have DAYS to wait on repairs!

Fixing your car has nothing to do with buying a car from them. Two completely different departments.

Devils advocate Jaqueline hannon A dealers service dept. Is indeed a reflection of the dealer and whether one should buy a car from that dealer. I would not buy another vehicle from o'Reilly chev. Re: "awards" ...."everyone continues to come back". What a crock of b.s.! Do you work for o'rielly?? Byw, chevys do not rule! Gm/Chevy is now essentially the smallest of the USA auto makers. O'Reilly's is a reason for that fact...not the trumpian b.s.

May take a while, but they offer rentals, and shuttle services..oriellys is an outstanding dealership with many awards. There is a reason everyone continues to come back and buy cars ! Chevys rule..

Correct. This entite dealership is filled with incompetent people. I spent 14 hours for the entire buying process and 3 hours here for an oil change. Don't expect anything to be quick here. Learn from my mistakes
